Our products are intended for private customers (consumers). If you are a business customer (B2B), please contact us by email before placing an order.

We reserve the right to change product offers, prices, and terms at any time. The information on the website is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Your order is only binding upon our confirmation.

Orders can only be shipped to countries listed in our Shipping Policy.
If your country is not listed, please contact us to discuss possible delivery options.

All payments are processed via Squarespace Payments, which may include credit/debit cards and other methods available at checkout.

5. Product Information and Safety

All dice and game accessories offered in our store are handmade and may be described as "custom" or "custom-made" to emphasize their artisanal and unique character. However, only products made to order or to your specific instructions are considered "custom orders" for the purposes of returns (see our Return & Refund Policy).

Safety Notice:
Our dice and game accessories are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age, due to small parts which may pose a choking hazard. Our website and services are not intended for children under 16 years of age.
