RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Introduction

At Dice of Orion, all our dice are unique, handmade products and may be described as "custom" or "custom-made" to reflect their artisanal, non-mass-produced nature. However, for the purposes of returns and your consumer rights:

Made-to-order or commission products (i.e., products created specifically according to your instructions or requests) are non-returnable unless faulty or significantly not as described.
Ready-made, one-of-a-kind products (i.e., already made and available for immediate purchase) are returnable within 14 days of receipt, as per standard EU consumer law.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your parcel, without giving any reason.

Exceptions:
This right does not apply to:

Made-to-order products and commissions (products made specifically to your order or customized to your specifications).
Products that have been used, damaged, or returned incomplete.

To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact form on our website or by email at contact@diceoforion.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
After your return request is accepted, you will receive the return address and further instructions.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Returned products must be:

Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
In the original packaging, as far as possible. Opening the packaging to check the product is allowed, but you are responsible for any diminished value resulting from using the product beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If the product shows signs of use, damage, or is incomplete, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.

4. Custom Orders and Commissions

Made-to-order and commission products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or significantly not as described.
All sales of customized or made-to-order products are final.

5. Product Quality & Handmade Nature

We make every effort to ensure our products are as high-quality as possible. However, since all our dice and items are handmade, small imperfections or variations are to be expected and are part of the unique character of our products.
These minor imperfections do not affect the usability of the dice.

Any major imperfections will always be clearly described on the product page at the time of purchase.

6. Complaints & Damaged Products (Warranty Claims)

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately via our contact form or by email at contact@diceoforion.com.
In your message, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the problem.

Do not return the product without our confirmation.
After reviewing your claim, we will provide you with instructions regarding replacement, or return.
