Our dice are made to roll fairly and are perfect for all tabletop journeys. While we take care to ensure even casting and weight distribution, only precision-machined dice (like those used in casinos) are perfectly balanced. Handmade dice are crafted for beauty and a unique rolling experience - tiny variations simply add character. If balance is your guiding star, we recommend designs with minimal inclusions.

Yes, each die is carefully crafted by hand, so subtle marks, pigment swirls, or tiny bubbles may occur. These are just proof that your dice are truly one-of-a-kind - ready for your next adventure.

Every die is made with extra care, time, and skill using high-quality resins and special pigments. Each piece is shaped and inked by hand, not by machines. When you choose our dice, you support a real creator and receive something truly unique - crafted to stand out in your collection.
It’s also worth noting: when you see dice at much lower prices elsewhere, they are often mass-produced and simply repackaged or imported from overseas. We make our dice honestly and responsibly, following all legal, safety, and environmental standards - so you can enjoy your set with confidence.

We don’t offer our molds or materials for sale - our focus is on creating unique dice for your gaming journeys.
YOUR ORDER & DELIVERY

New dice usually appear in our shop most Mondays (sometimes less often if we’re working on commissions). For updates, follow us on social media (links in the footer) or check the shop regularly.

Ready-to-ship dice usually depart in 1–2 business days after payment.
Made-to-order and custom sets take longer (details are always in the product listing or discussed during your order).

Absolutely! Every order is packed in a sturdy box with plenty of filling and protective wrapping to make sure they arrive safely - no matter how far they travel.

We ship to many places in Europe, North America, and beyond. See our Shipping Policyfor the complete list. If your country isn’t there, just ask - we’re happy to explore options.

Depending on your country, customs or import taxes may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility, so please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

You’ll receive email updates at every stage, including a tracking link when your dice leave our workshop. If you ever want an update, just contact us.

Gift wrapping and notes aren’t available at checkout, but if you have a special request, just let us know - we’ll do our best to help.

RETURNS & SUPPORT

You can return most ready-made dice within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in original condition. Custom and made-to-order dice cannot be returned unless faulty. For details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

If anything arrives damaged or not as expected, contact us by email (at contact@diceoforion.com) or through our form - include your order number, a description, and a photo if possible. We’ll help sort things out as quickly as possible.
