
SHIPPING POLICY

Introduction
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, prepare, and ship your orders at Dice of Orion. We sell handmade dice and other handcrafted items. Please read this policy carefully to understand how and when your orders are shipped.
1. Order Processing Times
Ready-to-ship products: Orders for ready-made items are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days after we receive your payment.
Made-to-order/customized products: If your order includes dice sets that are made to order, the processing time depends on the complexity of the set. Processing times are always specified in the product offer, but usually range from 1 to 2 weeks.
Commissions (custom orders): Processing times for commissions are estimated individually for each order and discussed directly with you. The production time usually ranges from 1 to 3 weeks.
For made-to-order products and commissions, order processing begins once we have received both your payment and all the information required to complete your order. If you do not provide the requested details, production may be delayed.
If you order multiple products at once, or if there is a high volume of pending orders, processing may take longer. In such cases, you will be notified via the website or, for commissions, by email during the order process.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Polish national holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Destinations
DHL Courier
For Poland and many European countries, we use DHL courier services. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 business days, calculated from the moment your order has been processed and dispatched (according to DHL’s estimates).

Registered International Shipping with Tracking (Poczta Polska)
For other countries, we use registered international shipping with tracking, provided by Poczta Polska (Polish Post). Estimated delivery time is 5 to 20 business days, calculated from the moment your order has been processed and dispatched.

If your country is not on either list, we currently do not offer standard shipping there. However, please contact us via our contact form if you are interested in placing an order — we may be able to arrange shipping to your location.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the chosen shipping method and destination country.
All shipping fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
We do not currently offer free shipping.
4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country of residence. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please check with your local customs office for details.
5. Tracking Your Order
A tracking link will be provided by email for all shipments, both via DHL and Poczta Polska, as soon as your order has been dispatched.
6. Order Inquiries & Support
If you have questions about shipping, order status, or delivery, you can contact us via our contact form or at contact@diceoforion.com. We aim to respond to all shipping-related inquiries within 1–2 business days.
7. Start of Processing Time
Order processing begins from the moment we receive your payment.
For made-to-order or commission products, processing also requires that you provide all information requested for the order. If you fail to provide the necessary details, we will not be able to start production.
8. Delays and Force Majeure
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by DHL and Poczta Polska. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, postal services, customs processing, holidays, or other events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
